From perusal of contents of instant petition it appears that generalized and vague allegations have been levelled by the petitioner, however, no material or evidence has been placed on record to support such allegations. This Court while exercising constitutional jurisdiction, cannot entertain such petitions, wherein, mere allegations have been levelled and the petitioner intend to seek directions of this Court for conducting fishing and roving inquiry against the officials. It appears that the petitioner has not approached the authorities, forums and agencies, which are meant for entertaining such complaints regarding corruption in the tender process by the public functionaries.

While confronted with this position, the petitioner states that he will not press instant petition and will approach the concerned authority, forum to point out such allegation along with material to support the case.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed along with listed applications.
