Petitioner present in person.
...............
After
hearing the matter at some length, it appears that through instant petition,
the petitioner intends to implicate respondent No.11 in criminal case on
account of admitted enmity, as according to petitioner, the respondent No.11 is
involved in the murder of his brother-in-law, whereas, according to petitioner,
an FIR has already been registered.
We
are not inclined to entertain such petition, which prima facie, appears to be
motivated. Petitioner may seek his remedy against respondent No.11 in
accordance with law. Instant petition being devoid of any merit is dismissed
along with listed applications.
