Through listed application, the applicant/surety requests for return of surety amount deposited before the Additional Registrar of this Court pursuant to order dated 19.06.2015 whereby the applicants/accused were granted protective bail for three days subject to their furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant/surety contends that pursuant to aforesaid order, the applicants/accused surrendered before the trial Court within stipulated period where, vide order dated 22.06.2015 ad-interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the applicants/accused, who according to learned counsel are attending the trial Court. Per learned counsel the surety furnished before this Court is no more required and be ordered to return to the applicant/surety.

Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Jatoi, learned Deputy Prosecutor General is present in Court, waives notice and after perusal of record does not controvert the contention of the learned counsel.

Accordingly, listed application is granted. Office is directed to return the surety amount (prize bonds) to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
