Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of recent judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding appointment on the basis of plot donation, does not press instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed along with listed applications. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the relevant authorities for the purpose of compensation, if any, which may be awarded to the petitioner by the concerned authority, who has acquired the land of the petitioner for the purpose of establishing school in accordance with law.
