                        Pursuant to Court notice statement and comments have been filed on behalf of respondents Nos.3 and 4, which are taken on record and copy supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, who has placed on record copy of notification dated 22.09.2015 issued by Joint Secretary, (LGE), Election Commission of Pakistan and submits that the date for scrutiny of Nomination Papers has been extended from 26.09.2015 to 01.10.2015 and 28.09.2015 to 02.10.2015, therefore, the respondent No.4 present in Court shall be directed to accept the Nomination Papers of the petitioner for scrutiny. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also placed on record copy of order dated 22.09.2011 passed in C.P. No.D-5856/2015 and 29.09.2015 passed in C.P. No.D-6000/2015 by the bench of Hon'ble Chief Justice at Principal Seat wherein, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, under similar circumstances, the respondents have been directed to accept the Nomination Papers of the petitioner for purposes of scrutiny in accordance with law.

 

            In view of aforesaid position, learned Assistant Advocate General does not controvert the same, whereas, the respondent No.4 present in Court submits that Nomination Papers of the petitioner will be considered for scrutiny, in accordance with law, if the petitioner may reach his office by tomorrow i.e. 01.10.2015.

 

            Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of. The petitioner may approach the respondent tomorrow i.e. 01.10.2015 during working hours, who shall entertain the Nomination Papers of the petitioner for the purposes of scrutiny pursuant to aforesaid notification and the orders passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice. A copy of this order may be supplied to the respondent No.4 cover-in-hand.
