            The petitioner Mst. Haseena Chohan has been produced in Court from Darul Aman Sukkur, who submits that she was sent to Darul Aman on her request by the orders of I-Additional Sessions Judge, Sukkur as she was driven out by her ex husband from whom she has obtained Khulla from the court of I-Family Judge, Sukkur in Family Suit No. 250 of 2015 vide judgment dated 26.11.2015. It has been further stated that after dissolution of her marriage, she wants to remarry with one Pinyal s/o Ghulam Ali, who is also present in court and has expressed his willingness to marry with Mst. Haseena d/o Arbab Ali. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the danger to the life of the petitioner at the hands of her ex-husband, it will be appropriate that if the Incharge Darul Aman may be directed to get the marriage of Mst. Haseena solemnized in Darul Aman, where after Mst. Haseena may be allowed to go with her husband and to lead her life as per her own freewill and choice, whereas, the protection may be provided to them by the concerned police.

            Learned A.A.G does not oppose such request of the petitioner.

            Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of with directions to the Incharge Darul Aman Sukkur to make arrangements for the Nikah/marriage of Mst. Haseena d/o Arbab Ali with Pinyal s/o Ghulam Ali, within three days of this order, where after she may be allowed to go along with her husband Pinyal to lead her life as per her own freewill and choice. The concerned police is also directed to provide protection to the couple and ensure that their safe passage to their destiny. The compliance report may be submitted to this court through Additional Registrar of this court within two weeks.
