It is, inter alia, contended by the learned counsel that the petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail by the Accountability Court and thereafter was attending the trial regularly, however, on one date of hearing i.e. 21.10.2015 the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court on account of serious illness of his mother and the learned Accountability Court, Sukkur, has ordered for issuance of NBWs against the present petitioner, whereas, notice has also been issued to his surety. It has been prayed that NBWs issued against the petitioner may be suspended and the protective bail may be granted to the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the trial Court and to submit application for condonation of absence or to obtain bail in accordance with law.

Without touching merits of the case, petitioner is granted protective bail for a period of five days subject to his furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court, to enable him to appear before the Accountability Court and to file appropriate application, in accordance with law. In the meanwhile, NBWs issued against the petitioner shall remain suspended, whereas, no adverse orders may be passed by the Accountability Court against the surety of the petitioner till the expiry of above period.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms, along with listed applications.
