................
Learned counsel for the parties, at
the very outset, submit that office has wrongly fixed together all the cases of
son quota, children quota, deceased quota, shaheed quota, which are required to
be heard separately. They request that office may be directed to fix them
separately on the next date of hearing. Such contention of learned counsel for
the petitioners is also duly affirmed by learned Addl. A. G and learned State
Counsel.
Office is directed to prepare the list of cases pertaining
to son quota, children quota, deceased quota, shaheed quota as well as disabled
quota and fix all such cases separately on the next date of hearing. Learned
counsel for the petitioners are also directed to supply such information to the
office in writing, within one week, so that necessary exercise may be
undertaken at an early date.
Let all such cases be fixed in 3rd week of May, 2016
separately, as per list which may be prepared and supplied by the learned
counsel for the petitioners in this regard. In the meanwhile, comments may be
filed on behalf of respondents, before next date of hearing.
