All the legal
heirs of the deceased Shamsuddin, namely, Mst. Lateefan (widow), Mst. Tasleema
(daughter), Mst. Suleema (daughter), Naimatullah (son), Mst. Sumaya (daughter),
6. Mst. Tahira (daughter) are present in court. Injured namely, Buxo s/o Morio,
Attaullah s/o Peeral, Rajib s/o Ghous Bux and Gulsher s/o Rasool Bux are
present in court, besides minor son of the
deceased, namely, Naeemullah s/o Shamsuddin is also present in court. They have
been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.
Heard
the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the record and examined all the
legal heirs of the decreased as well as injured persons present in court. Matter
is reserved for orders on compromise applications. In the meanwhile, learned
counsel for the appellants/accused are directed to deposit the share of “Diyat”
amount for the minor legal heir namely, Naeemullah s/o deceased Shamsuddin, which
has been worked out as Rs.367,560/- before Additional Registrar of this court
within three days.
