            Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant, who is young boy of aged about 17 years, is innocent and has been falsely implicated by police in case crime No.86/2014 u/s 393, 324, 353, 427, 148, 149 PPC and section 7 ATA, on the charge of false police encounter, whereas, no specific role has been assigned to the applicant in the alleged incident. Per learned counsel, no recovery of any arms has been effected from applicant who voluntarily surrendered before the learned trial Court and joined investigation. Learned counsel further submits that no one from either side received any injury nor any incriminating article received from the possession of the applicant. Per learned counsel, the applicant was granted interim pre-arrest bail, subsequently at the time of confirmation, it has been recalled. According to learned counsel, the applicant has no criminal record, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail. learned counsel further submits that under similar circumstances this Court has already granted bail to co-accused Zaheer Ahmed in Cr.B.A.No.D-802/2015 vide order dated 28.11.2015 and has placed copy of such order on record.

            While confronted with the above submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the learned DPG has candidly submitted that there is no previous criminal record of the present applicant, whereas, no incriminating material is available with the prosecution to connect the applicant with alleged crime.

            Accordingly, applicant Ranjhan alias Ranjho is admitted to bail in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (one lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court, however, the applicant is directed to attend the trial Court regularly without fail.
