After a detailed hearing both the learned counsel appearing for plaintiffs and defendant agree that since the termination notice, which is subject matter of this suit, was issued to the plaintiffs without compliance of Regulation 24a, therefore, an opportunity shall be provided to the plaintiff of being heard in the first instance. Notice incorporating all such questions/allegations as raised against the plaintiffs be issued to the plaintiffs who may reply to such allegations and only after detailed hearing and probe/inquiry in respect thereto, to be completed within four weeks, the competent authority would be at liberty to take appropriate steps, as required under the law, and till such decision is made, the impugned letter of termination dated 09.06.2015 shall remain inoperative whereafter its fate would be subject to the decision of competent authority. Order accordingly.

In view of the above by consent suits along with pending applications stand disposed of.
