2-5.     This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 09.01.2017 passed by the Single Member of National Industrial Relations Commission, Karachi (NIRC). At the very outset, the learned counsel was asked that whether he has the remedy to file an appeal against the order passed by the Single Member of NIRC, to which he candidly replied that he has the remedy to challenge the said order before the Full Bench of NIRC. Since the petitioner has the remedy to challenge the said order, the instant petition is found to be not maintainable hence the same is dismissed along with the listed applications. Petitioner is directed to avail the remedy available to him under the law.
