Pursuant to Court notice S.H.O P.S Tando Jan Muhammad has shown appearance and submits that petitioner has never appeared before him, however, undertakes to comply with the order passed by learned District and Sessions Judge, Mirpurkhas dated 21.04.2017 on the application of petitioner and to approach the concerned Magistrate by tomorrow for appropriate orders. In view of such undertaking given by the S.H.O, learned Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and seeks disposal of instant petition in above terms.

Accordingly, let the S.H.O present in Court shall do the needful by tomorrow, whereafter, the concerned Magistrate may pass appropriate orders in terms of Section 174 Cr.P.C after hearing the parties. It is expected that such exercise shall be undertaken within two weeks from the date of this order in accordance with law and as per rules. Instant petition stands disposed of in the above said terms.
