            Pursuant to Court notice, comments alongwith annexures have been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, which are taken on record. Copy whereof supplied to the Counsel for petitioners, who submits that petitioners will seek their remedy against the criminal case registered against them in accordance with law, however, the respondents may be directed not to involve them in false cases. Learned A.A.G submits that respondents will act strictly in accordance with law and will not involve the petitioners in false cases, whereas, in case of any violation of irrigation law, the action will be taken in accordance with law.

            This petition is disposed of in the above terms.
