4.         Through instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application, the applicant has impugned the order dated 26.04.2017 passed by learned Special Judge,                  Anti-Terrorism Court, Hyderabad, as according to learned counsel for applicant the impugned order has been passed without any authority as request by applicant seeking an adjournment on medical ground has been turned down without assigning any reason. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been granted interim pre-arrest bail by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.D-09/2017 and is attending the Trial Court as well as this Court, whereas, the matter is fixed on 17.07.2017, therefore, requests that NBWs issued by the learned Trial Court against the applicant may be suspended so that the applicant may appear before the Trial Court on next date i.e 23.06.2017.

            Learned A.P.G present in Court in other cases waives notice and received copy of Criminal Miscellaneous Application.

            In view of hereinabove facts and circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant submits that instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application may be disposed of while suspending the operation of N.B.Ws issued by the Trial Court against the applicant till such time the applicant appear before the Trial Court, however, not later than 23.06.2017 when the instant matter is already fixed. Order accordingly. However, the applicant shall attend Court in the aforesaid bail application.

            Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of in above terms.
