The petitioners are present. I.O of the F.I.R. No.60/2017 registered under Sections 365-B,452,147 and 149 P.P.C at Police Station A-Section Kandhkot is present in court.
I.O present in court is directed to record the statement of Mst. Zaib-u-Nisa, petitioner No.1. He has recorded the statement of the petitioner No.1 Mst. Zainb-u-Nisa, which is placed on the record. In her statement, the petitioner No.1 she states that she has never been abducted by anyone but she has contracted marriage with the petitioner No.2 Jamaluddin at her own accord and against the wishes of her parents. She is living happy life at the house of her husband. She further states that the petitioner No.2 is her real cousin.
Mr. Syed Sikandar Ali Shah, Advocate files vakalatnama for private respondents No.6 to 10, which is taken on record. He submits that the private respondents will not harass the petitioners.
Learned State Counsel submits that official respondents will act strictly in accordance with law and will provide protection to the petitioners.
I.O is present in court is directed to submit the report in the light of the statement of the petitioner No.1 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, who will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
The learned counsel for the petitioners expressed his satisfaction and does not press the constitutional petition further more.
In view of above, instant petition stands disposed of accordingly. Official respondents are directed to provide protection to the petitioners and their family members in accordance with law as and when needed.
