1. Urgency application is allowed.

2. Granted, subject to all just exception.

3. It is, inter-alia, contended by learned Counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent who have been falsely implicated in Crime No.49 of 2014 registered at police station, Piryaloi for offences punishable under Sections 302, 324, 114, 148, 149 PPC & 6/7 Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 and they have recently come to know when the N.B.Ws have been issued against them by Anti-Terrorism Court, Khairpur. Per learned Counsel, the applicants are willing to surrender before the trial Court, provided that protection may be granted to the applicants to appear before the trial Court and obtain bail.

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants/accused are granted protective bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Incharge Additional Registrar of this Court for a period of 05 days to enable them to surrender before the trial Court. This order shall cease to have its effect on expiry of the said period or on appearance of applicants before the trial Court, whichever is earlier. In case, applicants fail to surrender before the trial Court within aforesaid period, their bail bonds shall stand forfeited. In the meanwhile, operation of NBWs issued by the trial Court against applicants shall remain suspended for 05 days.

Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
