2. Granted, subject to al just exception.

3. Through listed application, the applicant/surety has prayed for return of his surety, which was furnished before the Incharge Additional Registrar of this Court pursuant to order dated 28.3.2016, whereby the applicants namely Ghulam Hyder and Sher Ali, were granted protective bail for a period of seven days in the sum of Rs.35,000/- each with PR bond in the like amount. Per learned Counsel, the applicants surrendered themselves before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sukkur, as the said F.I.R was transferred from the Court of Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Sukkur, and have been granted bail before arrest, within stipulated period and are attending the trial Court regularly, therefore, the surety is no more required, which may be directed to be returned to him after proper verification and identification.

Learned D.P.G present in Court waives notice and after examination of the record, does not oppose the listed application. Accordingly, listed application is allowed. Office is directed to return the surety documents to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
