2.                     Urgency application is allowed.

3.                     It is, inter-alia, contended by learned Counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent who has been falsely implicated in Crime No. 172 of 2010 registered at police station, Tando Masti Khan, District Khairpur Mir’s, whereas, the co-accused persons nominated in the aforesaid F.I.R have duly been acquitted by this Court vide Judgment dated 12.9.2013 passed in Criminal Appeal No.D- 17 of 2013. Per learned Counsel, the applicant was not aware regarding registration of aforesaid F.I.R and has recently come to know about such case as N.B.Ws were issued by learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Khairpur Mir’s, hence requests that applicant may be granted protective bail for seven days enabling him to surrender before the trial Court and seek pre-arrest bail in accordance with law.

 

                        Without touching merits of the case, applicant/accused is granted protective bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty
Thousand ) with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of incharge Additional Registrar of this Court for a period of seven days to enable him to surrender before  the trial Court. This order shall cease to have its effect on expiry of the said period or on appearance of applicant before learned trial Court, whichever is earlier.  In case, applicant fails to surrender before the trial Court within aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited. In the meanwhile, operation of NBWs issued by the trial Court against applicant shall remain suspended for 07 days.

                        Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
