However submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner along with other eligible employees strictly in accordance with law without any discrimination within a reasonable period.      

 

                        Learned D.A.G does not oppose the disposal of instant petition in the aforesaid terms. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
