Pursuant
to Court notices, comments have been filed on behalf of respondents No.2, 4
& 7 along with annexures, which are taken on record, copy supplied to
learned Counsel for the petitioners. In the comments filed by the concerned
police, it has been stated that no harassment is being caused to the
petitioners by the police, whereas, pursuant to F.I.R No.250 of 2015 registered
at Police Station, Naushahro Feroze U/S 302 & 120-B, P.P.C by respondent
No.8 against the petitioners an inquiry was conducted, however, the final
report has been submitted for disposal of the aforesaid F.I.R under “C” class
before the concerned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate.
The
complainant Sadam Hussain of the aforesaid F.I.R has also shown appearance and
submits that the aforesaid F.I.R was got registered, as according to him proper
medical treatment was not provided to his father namely Muhammad Achar Khoso.
He further submits that he will seek his remedy against the disposal of the
aforesaid F.I.R, on the final report submitted by the police for disposal of
the F.I.R, in accordance with law.
Be
that as it may, since the purpose of filing instant petition has been served.
Instant petition stands disposed of along with listed application.
