Petitioner and her counsel called absent. No intimation received. On 10.4.2013 following order was passed in the instant matter:-
“3. It is inter alia contended that detenue namely Sadam Hussain, Wazir Ali and Abid Ali are detained at P.S. Baharo district Khairpur. In view of above, concerned Sessions Judge is directed to depute any Magistrate with directions to make surprise visit at concerned police station or any other place, pointed by the petitioner and ascertain the illegal confinement of the deenues and learned Sessions Judge may pass proper orders as deems fit and proper.
Office is directed to transmit copy of the order as well as memo of petition through fax for compliance.”
However, thereafter matter has not been fixed in court. Whereas, it appears that pursuant to directions of this court as contained in the aforesaid order, petitioner might have approached the concerned District & Sessions Judge for the recovery of alleged detenues, therefore the petitioner and her counsel have not come forward to proceed with the matter which is pending since 2013.
In view of hereinabove fact, instant petition is being disposed of, however, if petitioner’s grievance is not redressed so far, she may be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with law.
