Pursuant to court notice respondent No.2 namely SIP Ali Dino shown his appearance and filed statement, wherein, it has been stated that neither any harassment has been caused to the petitioner nor he was summoned by police. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the private respondent No.3 is continuously causing harassment to him who has links with police, hence, police summons the petitioner and after obtaining money releases him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied, if concerned police may be directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and in case the private respondent causes harassment or blackmails the petitioner, action may be taken against him. Learned State counsel submits that whenever the petitioner will approach the concerned police station seeking protection or alleging harassment by private respondent, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. In view of such statement learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of.
