Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. On the last date of hearing neither petitioner nor his counsel was in attendance. However, notice was issued for today’s date with note of caution that, if nobody appeared on the next date, instant petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution. Today the matter is fixed for non-prosecution as the office objection has not been complied with, petitioners and their Counsel called absent, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
