Pursuant to Court notice, issued on the contempt application filed on behalf of petitioner, on the ground that the order passed by this Court on 26.10.2015 in the instant petition has not been complied with, comments have been filed on behalf of respondent No.4 along with annexure, which are taken on record, copy supplied to learned Counsel for petitioner. In the comments filed on behalf of respondent No.4, it has been stated that order passed by this Court has duly been complied with in it’s letter and spirit and order dated 29.10.2015 has already been passed.

In view of hereinabove position, instant contempt application is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek remedy against the order passed by the District Returning Officer/Deputy Commissioner, Naushahro Feroze, if so advised, in accordance with law before proper forum.
