2. For Katcha Peshi.
3. For order on M.A No. 1765/2011.
14-03-2016
Mr. Shafique Ahmad learned State counsel.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.
The petitioner and his counsel called absent. No intimation received.
Instant petition was filed on 09.04.2010, whereby the petitioner expressed his grievance against the respondents No.4 and 5, who according to the petitioner, disposed of the oil tanker without making payment of compensation/fair to the petitioner. It appears that through instant petition, the petitioner has sought relief in respect of some contractual obligations between the parties which cannot be examined through instant petition as the matter requires evidence. Moreover the petitioner is not coming forward to proceed with instant matter after having filed in the year 2010.
Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
