                  Pursuant to court notice private respondents No. 5, 6 and 8 shown their appearance and have denied the allegations as contained in the instant petition. They have further stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner by the respondents, on the contrary, petitioner is attempting to get undue share from the prorperty of respondents. Statements have been filed on behalf of respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 4 wherein allegation of causing harassment to the petitioner by police have been denied. Learned State counsel submits that it appears that in view of private dispute between the parties over land, instant petitioner has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied and will not press instant petition, if private respondents may be directed not to cause harassment to the petitioner and to get the matter resolved either through revenue authorities or before proper court of civil jurisdiction.

                  Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner and private respondents to ensure that no harassment whatsoever will be caused to each other, whereas dispute relating to land  shall be get resolved by approaching the revenue authorities or proper court of civil jurisdiction strictly in accordance with law. Concerned police is also directed to ensure that the parties may not take law in their own hand in respect of civil dispute which shall be resolved by approaching revenue authorities or proper court of civil jurisdiction, in accordance with law.
