Petitioners and their counsel called absent, no intimation received. On the last date of hearing also no one was in attendance on behalf of petitioners, however, in the interest of justice the matter was adjourned directing the office to issue intimation notice to the petitioners and their counsel. In spite of opportunity having been granted to the petitioners, no one has appeared. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the instant petition, which is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
