1.               Urgency application is granted.

2.               Exemption application is granted subject to all just exceptions.       

3.               Through instant application u/s 498 Cr.P.C applicant is seeking protective bail in Crime No.80/2013 registered at Police Station Ubauro, u/s 324, 353, 452, 427, 341, 395, 228, 511, 148, 109, 188, 120-B and 352 PPC.

                  Learned counsel contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the above crime, whereas, applicant was unaware about registration of FIR against him. Per learned counsel, applicant came to know about pendency of the case before ATC Court Sukkur when non-bailable warrant has been issued against him. Learned counsel submits that applicant is ready and willing to surrender himself before the trial court provided the applicant may be granted protective bail for a period of seven days.

                  Without touching the merits of the case, applicant is granted protective bail for a period of seven days, however, subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Incharge Additional Registrar of this court. In the meanwhile NBWs issued against the applicant shall remain suspended.

                  This order shall cease to have its effect upon expiry of seven days or on any earlier date when the applicant surrenders himself before the trial court.

                  Instant bail application stands disposed of.
