The petitioners are present. Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Malano, advocate files vakalatnama for respondent No.6, which is taken on record. Statements of official respondents No.2 to 4 have been filed. I.O of the F.I.R. No.41/2017 registered under Sections 452, 365-B and 34 P.P.C at A-Section Ghotki, is present in court.

I.O present in court is directed to record the statement of Mst. Koona, petitioner No.1. He has recorded the statement of the petitioner No.1 Mst. Koonja, which is placed on the record. In her statement, the petitioner No.1 has clearly stated that she had never married with Ghulam Hussain. She further stated that Ghulam Hussain has lodged the false F.I.R against the petitioner No.2 as well as his parents. She further states that she has contracted marriage with the petitioner No.2 Shahnawaz at her own accord and against the wishes of her parents. She is living happy life at the house of her husband.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.6 submits that the private respondents will not harass the petitioners.

Learned State Counsel submits that official respondents will act strictly in accordance with law and will provide protection to the petitioners.

I.O is present in court is directed to submit the report in the light of the statement of the petitioner No.1 before the concerned court who shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

The learned counsel for the petitioners expressed his satisfaction and does not press the constitutional petition further more.

In view of above, instant petition stands disposed of accordingly. Official respondents are directed to provide protection to the petitioners in accordance with law as and when needed.
