Pursuant to court notice respondent No.4 namely ASI Haji Khan shown his appearance and filed comments, wherein, the allegation as contained in the instant petition has been denied and has submitted that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioners, however, there are some criminal cases registered at police station against respondent No.5 who resides with petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners denied such allegation and submits that petitioners have no nexus or any role whatsoever with the crime, if any, committed by respondent No.5 who even does not reside with petitioners. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that concerned police may be directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioners in respect of alleged offence committed by respondent No.5 who does not live with petitioners. Learned State counsel submits that neither any harassment has been caused to the petitioners nor police intends to involve the petitioners in the crime, if any, committed by respondent No.5. In view of such statement learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of.
