Additional Statement has been filed by D.E.O (Primary), District Naushahro Feroze along with annexures, which is taken on record, copy supplied to petitioner, who is present in Court and submits that though he has been reinstated in service, however, he has been placed at the disposal of Director School Education, Shaheed Benazirabad and posted at Government Primary School, Shahpur Jehania, District Shaheed Benazirabad, which place is about 200 kilometers away from his home town, where he has serious threat to his life.

Such contention of the petitioner appears to be misconceived and beyond the pleadings of instant petition, whereas, the grievance of petitioner appears to have been redressed, however, if petitioner is aggrieved by his posting, he may approach the concerned authority or may seek further remedy in accordance with law. It is observed that if petitioner will approach the concerned authority for his proper posting, the concerned authority shall consider the request of the petitioner sympathetically in accordance with law. Since the purpose of filing instant petition is served-out, instant petition is disposed of along with listed application.
