After arguing the matter at some length, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the District Election Commissioner, Ghotki may be directed to pass appropriate order on the application of petitioner which was forwarded by Deputy Commissioner/ District Returning Officer, Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo vide letter dated 18.10.2015 available at page No.21 Annexure “C”.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with direction to District Election Commissioner, Ghotki to pass appropriate order on such application of the petitioner, in accordance with law. Copy of this order be sent to the District Election Commissioner, Ghotki through fax.
