Statement has been filed on behalf of Circle Officer, Anti-Corruption Establishment, Ghotki along with annexures, which are taken on record, copy supplied to learned Counsel for the petitioners, which reflects that the challan in the aforesaid Crime No.11/2011 of ACE, Ghotki has duly been submitted before the Anti-Corruption Court, Sukkur.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners after going through the aforesaid statement filed on behalf of Circle Officer, ACE Ghotki, does not press instant petition as the petitioners will seek their remedy in accordance with law. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed along with listed application.
