In the instant petition, petitioner has alleged harassment by private respondents who have involved the petitioner and his family members in false cases. Pursuant to court notice statements have been filed on behalf of official respondents No.1, 2 and 3. Whereas, private respondent No.4 has shown his appearance, who has denied the allegations and submits that he has got registered an FIR against petitioner, which has already been challaned, whereas, no harassment has been caused by him to the petitioner. Concerned police officials present submit that police is not harassing the petitioner and his family remembers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition may be disposed of with direction to the official respondents not to involve the petitioner and his family members in false cases at the instance of private respondents.
Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with directions to the concerned police to ensure that unless some cognizable offence is reported and some material is available, petitioner may not be harassed. Whereas the private respondents and petitioner are directed to get resolved their dispute by approaching proper forum instead of registering false cases against each other.
