1&2.    Learned counsel states that contempt applications (CMA No. 446/2015) and (CMA No. 806/2014) have now become infructuous in view of the fact that compliance has been made. In the circumstances, he doesn’t press these applications, which are dismissed accordingly.

3.         Let notice of this application to the alleged contemnor namely HussainHakro, Mukhtiarkar be issued through the Deputy Commissioner, District South with a directionto submit such compliance report well before the next date of hearing. Meanwhile notice be also issued to him through bailiff.

                        To come up on 19.01.2016.
