            Learned counsel for the defendant/contemnors has filed objections to the contempt application, copies whereof have been supplied to the learned counsel for the plaintiff. He has also filed an application under section 151, CPC for appointment of Nazir as commissioner to insect the subject society, a copy of this application has also been supplied to the learnedcounsel for the petitioner.

            Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that defendants may be restrained from encroaching the suit land. It appears that vide order dated 18.11.2015  status-quo is already operating in the present suit. Parties are once again directed to maintain status-quo till 18.01.2015.

            To come up on 18.01.2015 for hearing of the above applications.
