Learned counsel for Plaintiff No. 7, who is also holding brief for Mr. Shamim Ahmed Riazi, advocate representing remaining plaintiffs, states that if the defendants undertakethat they will not dispossess the plaintiffs from the subject property, he would be satisfied and in these terms he will not press the instant application. Learned counsel for Defendants No. 3 to 5 in response to such proposal states that admittedly the plaintiffs are in possession of the subject property and the defendants do not intend to dispossess them without due process of law. The application stands disposed of in these terms.

Learned counsel are required to file proposed issues on the next date of hearing. Adjourned to a date in office.
