3. Petitioner Mst. Razia Sultana submits that her husband namely Muhammad Younus left for Punjab and since one and half years his whereabouts are not known to her nor his husband contacted her. She further submits that Respondent No. 5 Mst. Irshad Bibi @ Shazia has informed her that her husband had sold out her house in the sum of Rs.200,000/= and she has also been pressing hard to vacate the house and in this regard Respondent No. 5 has also lodged FIR No. 80/2015 at P.S. Pakistan Bazar, under sections 448/420 PPC. She further submits that she repeatedly approached Respondent No. 4, SHO, P.S. Pakistan Bazar, but he did not take any action in this regard.
Issue notice to respondents as well as learned Advocate-General, Sindh for 13.01.2016 when Respondent No. 4, SHO, P.S. Pakistan Bazar shall appear in person before this Court.
