Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that on 24.11.2015 at about 3.00 a.m. some police personnel entered into the house of the petitioner and forcibly taken away her son Hikmatullah and thereafter she repeatedly approached Respondent No. 5 but neither he initiated any action nor reply her satisfactory. Issue notice to respondents as well as learned Advocate-General, Sindh for 14.01.2016. Respondent No. 5, SHO P.S. Shah Latif, Karachi is directed to appear in person before this Court on the next date of hearing alongwith his written explanation.
