            Learned counsel for the petitioner states that if directions are issued to the Respondents No. 3 and 4, S.H.Os. P.S. Gulistan-e-Jauhar and Jamshed Town to provide due protection to the petitioner, he would be satisfied and would not press this petition.

            Learned State Counsel and Assistant Prosecutor General, Sindh have extended their no objection to such proposition.

            The petition stands disposed of with directions to Respondents No. 3 and 4, i.e. SHO P.S. Gulistan-e-Jauhar and P.S. Jamshed Town of  Karachi-East to provide due protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.
