Respondents No. 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 have filed their comments. The police official present, state in categorical terms that neither have they harassed the petitioner nor they intend to do so in future and they would act strictly in accordance with law.

Mr. Muhammad Arshad Tariq, advocate files power for Respondents No. 9 and 10 and vehemently denied all the allegations and on the contrary has leveled counter-claim against the petitioner.

Since this is a petition against the harassment by the police official, who have stated that they would not cause any harassment to the petitioner and act strictly in accordance with law, the petitioner and his counsel are satisfied.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
