            This is an appeal against conviction awarded to the appellants vide judgment dated 30.07.2015 in FIR No. 02/2008 for the offence punishable under sections 392/398/34 PPC registered at P.S. Gizri, Karachi for the period of 15 years with fine of Rs.25,000/= and in case of non-payment whereof, 6 months further S.I. Though none is present on behalf of the appellant, but this being the statutory appeal is admitted for regular hearing. Let notice be issued to the Prosecutor-General, Sindh. Office to prepare paper-book accordingly.
