            This is an appeal against conviction and sentence of life imprisonment awarded to the appellants vide judgment dated 15.09.2015 in FIR No. 303/2010 for the offence punishable under sections 302/109/34 PPC registered at P.S. Docks, Karachi and for payment of compensation of Rs.500,000/= to the legal heirs of the deceased and in case of non-payment whereof, 5 months further S.I. Theappeal is admitted for regular hearing. Let notice be issued to the Prosecutor-General, Sindh as well as complainant. Office to prepare paper-book accordingly.
