Learned counsel for the judgment-debtors has informed that judgment-debtor has filed a petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court against the judgment and decree, subject matter of this execution application and requests for adjournment.
Learned counsel for the decree-holder has vehemently opposed the request by stating that since no stay has been granted by the Apex Court, there is no impediment in proceeding with this execution application.
Adjourned to 22.12.2015, when the counsel for the judgment-debtors is to satisfy this Court on the above issue.
