By means of this application, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking correction in the bank account. He states that vide order dated 13.04.2015 this S.M.A. was granted whereby Succession Certificate in respect of movable property mentioned in the Schedule of Properties was allowed. He states that by a bona-fide mistake the correct account number of the deceased could not be mentioned and instead Account No. 005100091-140101 was mentioned in the petition and on the basis of which in the succession certificate, issued by this Court, the same account number was incorporated. On this application notice was issued to Habib Bank Limited, Arambagh Branch, Karachi. Today, the representative of the bank has filed a statement showing that Mst. Shamsunnisa, the deceased was operating the Account No. 00510009140101. As this appears to be a bona-fide mistake, the application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. The Account No. 00510009140101is to be read in subject Succession Certificate instead of Account No. 005100091-140101. The application stands disposed of.
