ORDER WITH THE SIGNATURE OF THE JUDGE

                   Mr.Manzer Bashir, advocate for the applicants alongwith

applicants/legal heirs SaniHussainPanhwar and          Muhammad Ali Panhwar.

In support of the present application, legal heirs namely: SaniHussainPanhwar and Muhammad Ali Panhwarhave filed their statements of no objection duly supported by the affidavits. Alongwith this application a certificate purportedly issued by Dr.UnaizaNiaz has been attached, which shows that the petitioner is suffering from chronic psychiatric disorder. Learned counsel states that because of her disease she is unable to properly look-after or manage the properties which are the subject matter of this application.  In order to confirm the contentions of the learned counsel, Medical Superintendent, Services Hospital is directed to constitute a medical board to examine the state of the petitioner Mst. FarzanaHussainPanhwar and submit a report in this regard.  Since both the above legal heirs have filed the statements of no objection, their presence is not required until ordered otherwise.
