Record reflects that despite efforts, service upon Defendants No. 1 and 2 has not been effected. Learned counsel informs that Defendant No. 1 has filed a Direct Complaint No. 574/2015 under the Illegal Dispossession Act before I-Additional Sessions Judge, Karachi-Central where he is appearing and requests that the said defendants may be served through the said Court.

Let notice be served upon Defendants No. 1 and 2 through the above said Court and compliance report be submitted to this Court through MIT of this Court.  Learned counsel also requests that as a means of substitute service, publication of notice may be ordered. Let publication be made in two newspapers of wide circulation, as requested by the leaned counsel.
