4)       Applicants/accused Muhammad Rafiq, Ghulam Shabbir, Aijaz Ahmed Shoro, Zubair Ahmed Shoro, Khalil Ahmed Khaskheli, Ghulam Abbas Bhohrni and Nazeer Ahmed Shoro seek protective bail in Crime No.76/2015, registered at P.S. Jhirik, District Sujawal under sections 147, 148, 149, 506/B, 337-H, 504, PPC read with section 6/7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.

 

          It is inter alia contended that applicants/accused are prepared to surrender before the trial Court but apprehend their arrest at the hands of police with ulterior motive.

 

          Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail for a period of six days from today is granted to applicants/accused Muhammad Rafiq, Ghulam Shabbir, Aijaz Ahmed Shoro, Zubair Ahmed Shoro, Khalil Ahmed Khaskheli, Ghulam Abbas Bhohrni and Nazeer Ahmed Shoro subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period. They are also directed to co-operate with the investigating agency. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of six days from today or whenever applicants/accused surrender before the trial Court which one occurs earlier. It is made clear that in case applicants/accused failed to surrender before the trial Court within the aforesaid period their bail bonds shall stand forfeited.  

 

          Application is accordingly disposed of.
