The SHO Sharafi Goth police station has submitted report in which it is stated that the alleged detenue Abid Ali is confined in Central Prison Karachi in five cases who was arrested by the police station CTD Civil Lines. Since Abid Ali is no more a missing person and his whereabouts have been disclosed the petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner may however file appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
